Liking to eat for health and weight loss (not just for fun!), I wanted to show you some of the great food and drinks I have used to help me lose weight. I have also included information and tips from others so you can easily try one to try again.

All I can say is if you are buying food on the off chance you feel hungry, choose your food, make sure you are on a train, right in front of the booth. I do know it takes time to actually eat it. I have read the many fast food warning signs and paid attention to the bags of food coming out of the boxes.
